I appreciate where you're coming from. Golden Eye was the 1st game I ever played with more then myself. Mind you it was with 3 of my buddies in the same room.
But GE was linear. look left to right only, move forwards and backwards. Halo introduced so much to FPS genre.
I love Halo : Combat Evolved it was the 1st game to make me want to play FPS ever. However, Halo2 and Halo3 I did not like so much??
What Halo did for the console industry was make it ok to play FPS shooters on a console. Much like doom (or was it wolfenstein) introduced 3d gaming to PC market. Much like mario64 introduced 3d platforming games. And how Grand Tourismo introduced sim racing to consoles.

game. It's been too long since I was able to play a ood sim racer. But for some reason it isn't hitting the right nerve's in some people, even those people who are into sim racers?
I like to use the controller in the same way that Nai said. I also have the wheel, but I don't have a good enough set up to even attempt to use it properly.
Sacred 2 and you should also add Witcher in there. Both seem to be hardcore RPG's

Im not hating on your opinion. It's just with a tag like "PS3freak" we know you love the PS3 and are very devoted to it. So of course you would prefer the PSN over XBL, it's understood.
Now if my tag was 360freak and I said "XBL rules" then yeah it would kinda of be a biased observation.
I have both PS3 and the 360. I belive that XBL is at the moment better then PSN, if this rumoured 3.0 update does what it is rumoured to do, then yeah I would...

XBOX has Halo, all thought that card maybe fully played out by now.
And the PS3 has GT5, which when released will sell more consoles for SONY then any other game in the arsenal.

As much as I enjoy reading your post and your fight for the 360 (i bubble you up when ever I can). This is one post where I will have to disagree with you. RACEpro may look a little dull, but I belive it's what's inside that matter more. But then again, if you're not a fan of sim racers then of course RACEpro wont be up you alley.
I've been let down too many times since Most Wanted with this franchise that I don't think I will ever try another one NFS game ever again.

I dont know about you guys, but I love my PS3 but my god HOME is awfull. I went to the redbull area, went one round of flying the plane, wow that was fun?? i really dont think HOME is going to last. To me as an adult it's really pointless?? I know I'll loose bubbles for saying this but....
